Q. Will my information be secure in your website?

A. You can start by typing your year, make, model and the parts you are looking for. If you need more assistance, please call our toll free #, 1-866-816-5088 and we will assist you. Remember that we are always here to help you.
Q. What major credit cards do you accept?
A. Japan Engine, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express cards. We will also accept money orders or cahier’s checks thru the mail but you have to understand that this will delay the processing of your order.
Q. Can I return something I’ve purchased online?
A. Anything ordered from Japan Engine, Inc. can be returned. You will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges. All returned merchandise has to be returned in the original packaging and must not be used. We will not accept returned merchandise that has been used. Simply read our Return Policy and or contact us by calling our toll free number(1-866-186-5088).
Q. How do I check my order status?
A. Once you’ve registered with Japan Engine, Inc. online store you need simply access your “My Account” page in order to view your Personal Info as well as Shipped Order details.
Q. Will I pay sales tax on my ordered parts?
A. Any orders shipping in the State of California will be charged a sales tax of 8.75%.
Q. What happens if I ordered the wrong parts?
A. You can contact us by phone or email and let us know if you want to exchange them for the right ones or just want to return them. If you want to return the items in exchange for the right ones, you will only be responsible for the freight both ways-no restocking fee. If you decided to just return the the items period, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus freight coming back. Please see our “Return Policy” for more detailed information.
Q. What happens if an item is out of stock?
A. You will be contacted immediately if an item is currently out of stock and will have the option to get a full refund or you can wait for the item.
